Visited this Saturday to take up the offer on the "3 for 2" deals on toys. My wife had a list as long as her arm. We thought the cashier would "as usual" pull their face at what they were being handed but far from it. Billy was an absolute star. So paitient and helpful painstakingly going through all the numbers and making it a jolly funny experience. Upon receiving the items a lovely female staff member got us a shopping trolley to help us get them to the car. Fantastic customer service from the staff and a credit to the company
