My daughter was coughing a lot and I called the gp to book an appointment. It was hard to get through on the phone ( about 10 min), but the receptionist was really helpful! The surgery itself went through a lot of changes! It's definitely cleaner, well organised and the staff more friendly and helpful! Big difference compared to the last years! Thank you!
The worst service ever...my father called for emergency appointment as Im suffering bad asthma attacks but they say call the next day! Do not recommend at all!!
Had an emergency appoinment for 10.20am. But was seen at 11.30am. Wierd. When my name was called. I went to the doctors room and the doctor wasnt ready. I was told to wait outside for 2minutes but made me wait for 10-15minutes .. strange
This GP surgery used to be ok but not in recent years it has really become a joke. I try my best not to come here because you will be stuck waiting otherwise. The receptionists are unhelpful and don't even pick up the phone. Terrible
Called the GP, they said they'd call me back. After 45mins when they called back the GP's On Call Doctor asked me to come in for 10:30 as it was an emergency. Got to the GP at 10:20, receptionist stated i was 20mins late and that the On Call Doctor will now see my pregnant wife at 11. I explained that I was told half 10, one of the other receptionists also confirmed this, the On Call Doctor was made aware that we were in the waiting room, waiting. After waiting over a hour and a bit, we were finally seen, if only there was an option to give zero stars.
