Ive been using this service for a couple of weeks now and find it very useful and easy. I take a rucksack or washing (T-shirts and underwear) work wear and a couple of towels. I use the extra large machines which is 6 (make sure youve got 1 coins). Load the washing machine, Im currently using the liqui-tabs think thats what theyre called, saves using powder etc..close the door (the latches may need a little adjusting when trying to close the doors, simply push the latch just inside behind the handle, this should fix it) then put the coins in and the machine will start up. Using the baskets provided I unload the washing machine and chuck it all in the drying machines opposite. These take 20p coins and I must use about 2 checking the clothes every so often by opening the door and taking out certain items until everythings dry. Depending on how much youre drying and what it is you could pay a little less or little more. There is a member of staff out the back of you need assistance, some change, soap powder and bags. Its pretty quiet and takes about an hour altogether.
Launderette shuts at half 7 but our washing finished after the closing time plus had to use dryer too. The staff was very patient/polite, waited until I was all done and that was by half 8. It was much appreciated.
A fantastic service. Osama was extremely helpful as he talked/walked me through the full process for washing and then drying. I would highly recommend them.
Coin operated self service machines but if help needed staff is very helpful. Always there to assist. If you need to change your notes to coins for the washing or drying machines they can do it for you. You can buy washing powder, conditioner here at 50pence per cup. Medium and extra large machines. Open all day. Great landrette really. Can't complain.
Staff is ready here to help and change money for you. The dryer tumbler is spacious, as my 65L backpack loaded with clothes and blankets cannot even fill it half full. Reasonable priced. I put in 1 pound and it dried for like 13 minutes or more.
