One to avoid. The whole point of ordering online is that you get your food at the specified time and don't have to spend 20 minutes hanging around. Shop full of people doing the same. Staff not interested.
The service here is terrible. Whilst the food is good, the attitude and service you receive is unreliable.I have ordered from here regularly for nearly 10 years. I have tolerated the long delays and unreliable service as the food is good, and I have always taken the time to tip the delivery driver as they are polite and always seem rushed. So I appreciate it is not their fault.But tonight on New Years years eve we ordered our food and then an hour later we revieced a call to say they had cancelled our order as they had lost the ticket that the order was written in and now the delivery driver finishes in an hour and wont have time to fit us in. The lady on the phone was rude and passive aggressive and there was no apology offered.Really poor form. Needless to say we wont be ordering from here again. I would recommend tasking your business to takamee. The food is always delicious, they take card payments and the Customer service is good.
Ordered online at 5.40 for delivery at 7.30pm. Called at 8.10 as not received to be told that they were 'just about to call' as they had no delivery driver. I reasonably queried why we hadn't been informed earlier to be told our ticket had 'been buried as they were so busy' Absolutely appalling!!
Time and time again they manage to get our order wrong! Will be driving a little further to find a decent Chinese from now on.
Ok food, sauces tend to be sweet, no matter what I ordered. Fresh. Portions are good and prices are reasonable. Cash only business.
