Firstly Id like to say that the veterinarians here are very friendly and experienced, no complaints there. However, there is one receptionist (from memory, possibly by the name of Jeanette) who on several occasions has proven to be extremely ill mannered, blunt and unreasonable. Upon my last visit there she received me frostily as per usual & after requesting our cats usual flea treatment, proceeded to throw the box across her desk at me with a brazen attitude commenting that they have no small dosages left but how this larger dosage (twice the amount) would be fine. She then failed to inform me on how to administer the larger dosage of spot on. This lack of instruction caused my cat to be ill for several days (lathargic, skin irritated, inflammed & loss of hair) whereupon I took her to a new Vets for help. They explained that it was neglegance on the receptionists part to fail to inform me of how to administer the larger dosage of flea treatment in several areas at the back of the neck rather than just in one area, as I had done. This receptionists lack of co-operation and care caused us unecessary additional vet fees for injections etc and more importantly our poor cat to feel very ill for several days, wearing a protective cat collar around her neck to protect her from further irritation as she had been licking the wound. Extremely unprofessional and I am surprised that the veterinarians tolerate her on reception scaring customers away to other businesses. Very disappointing indeed. However if you can tolerate her rudeness then the care of your pet will be well catered for by the other members of staff. Theyre a surprising contrast! We now take Holly to another local Vets we feel confident & comfotable enough to recommend.

Great vetsLady on the desk is very very helpful

First time I have visited this vet and the last. The vet herself seemed very nice, but I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience by the receptionist who seemed to be more interested in her phone. After my dog was checked for a slight ear infection which took about 3 minutes I was then charged extortionate prices for the medication on top of the consultation fees. Overall I felt ripped off and will be looking elsewhere for future treatments and Pet insurance.

Talanted staff who work amazingly with animals

Refuse to see my 5 month old puppy who has been sick all night with reddish diaheria because I had no money on the day an also wasn't registered with them, awful!
