Really friendly sympathetic staff that help look after your furry and not so furry friends
Gave wrong dosage for flea and worming treatment. Double check any medications before giving to your pet. Nurse weighed my dog and she still gave wrong dose. Reception staff lovely but vet nurse had limited knowledge regarding my dog coming into season. More interested in chastising my dog for licking herself than providing any useful advice.
Best vets to go too very friendly staff very welcoming. Soon as you phone to make appointment they always give you a time to suit yourself. The vets and nurses even the receptionist are very friendly towards my dogs and my dogs always love seeing and visiting them. They are also very patient with one of my dogs as he is very nervous and they try to make him feel relaxed etc. Would recommend this get to anyone.
The staff are really lovely. Hollie has been absolutely brilliant with my dog Holly. I used to go to a different practice but I must say I will never be going back there again after the fantastic service from this practice. Thank you all and keep up the great work.
